Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented administrator to support our team with structured online tasks for 2 hours per day, Monday to Saturday. This is a remote position suited to someone organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Reviewing and checking company and clinic logos for quality and consistency
• Researching and verifying clinic addresses and contact details
• Sending emails to users to notify them of any updates
• Adding and connecting with relevant healthcare professionals on LinkedIn
• Flagging inconsistencies or errors to the management team
