A well established company based in Bloemfontein, requires a Sales and Service Technician
DUTIES:
- Comply with the law, the company’s policies and procedures
- Willing to work overtime from time to time
- Update the relevant policies and procedures
- Maintain existing customers relations
- Provide service to our customers, including installations, servicing
- repairs, deliveries and customer training on all the company’s products
- Assist with helpdesk support
- Assist with stock counts
- Assist with office administration
Candidate Requirements
REQUIRMENTS:
- Matric
- 1 years working experience in FMCG (2 years Preferred)
- Diploma in Business management (Preferred)
- MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Knowledge in retail scales and weights and measures
- Microsoft Office 365, Basic computer skills
- SLP & Various POS software
- Sales, Customer Relation and Goal orientated
- Good problem-solving skills and Good communication skills
