How you'll role
This role supports the day-to-day execution and improvement of digital marketing activity, helping campaigns move from planning into live execution with clarity and consistency. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work across multiple platforms to monitor performance, maintain accurate tracking, and support ongoing optimisation across campaigns. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role contributes to campaign messaging and digital content, supports HubSpot campaign management and reporting, and helps improve website and SEO performance over time. Success in this role comes from strong attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and a clear understanding of how digital channels work together.
What you'll do
- Execute and support digital campaigns across paid media, email, WhatsApp, website, and social channels
- Collaborate with agencies to manage campaign deliverables and performance
- Optimize landing pages and forms to increase conversion rates
- Conduct creative testing and campaign improvements based on data analytics
- Develop and adapt digital content for emails, ads, and social media
- Manage campaigns using HubSpot for tracking and reporting
- Monitor Google and Meta ad campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements
- Contribute to SEO strategies and website content enhancements
- Prepare performance reports and insights across digital channels
- Identify trends and opportunities based on campaign data
Required Skills
- Copywriting: 5 to 6 years
- Digital Marketing: 5 to 6 years
- Campaign Management: 5 to 6 years
- Hubspot: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
What you'll need
- 5+ years in digital marketing, especially in B2B SaaS
- Proficient in using HubSpot for campaign management and reporting
- Experience across multiple digital channels including paid media and email
- Strong skills in marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities
- Technical expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics and UTM tracking
- Understanding of landing page optimization and A/B testing
- Familiarity with campaign management and workflow planning tools
