IAM Consolidated Holdings Group is seeking a dedicated Junior Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to support our growing finance function. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing day-to-day transactions, and supporting month-end close activities while gaining hands-on experience across core accounting functions within a dynamic and expanding business group.
Key Responsibilities
Daily transactional bookkeeping (debtors, creditors, cashbook and reconciliations) Processing supplier and client invoices
Maintaining the general ledger and supporting schedules
Assisting with payroll and tax submissions where required
Supporting monthly financial closing and reporting Ensuring compliance with South African financial standards.

Candidate Requirements
Matric and relevant bookkeeping or financial qualification (ICB/SAIPA advantageous) 0–2 years’ bookkeeping or junior accounting experience
Intermediate MS Excel skills
Proficient in accounting software
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Energy, integrity and intelligence are what is most important — the rest can be taught
