Our client in the automated industry is launching a new product in South Africa and is seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Launch Manager to join their team.This role requires a highly reliable, hands-on individual to take full ownership of the project from site sourcing and setup through to launch and thereafter manage the daily operations of the car wash facility.The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up environment, works independently, and is committed to building and growing a new business from the ground up. Strong management experience and on-site availability are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven management and operational experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Proven management and operational experience.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Hands-on, solution-driven problem-solving capability.
Basic marketing knowledge (digital marketing and local activation).
Technical aptitude for machine troubleshooting and maintenance oversight.
High level of reliability, accountability, and professional conduct.
Ability to be on-site when required and available for on-call duties.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Mature, responsible, calm under pressure, and entrepreneurial in mindset.
