We are seeking a Senior Draughtsperson to oversee the draughting office and play a key role in ensuring precision, efficiency, and excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

• Supervise and manage the draughting office.
• Review and approve technical drawings before submission.
• Mentor, guide, and train junior draughtsmen.

Site Measurements

• Conduct and oversee accurate on-site measurements.
• Liaise with homeowners, architects, and project managers to ensure detailed accuracy.

Technical Drawings

• Produce and review detailed drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Genesis, SolidWorks).
• Ensure all designs meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to prepare technical job files.

Production Coordination

• Lead discussions in production meetings regarding material needs and technical details.
• Oversee and support final site measurements as required.
