An established macadamia processing operation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimise all warehouse and processing activities. The role is responsible for managing the full operational flow, including receiving, drying, storage, sorting, quality control, and dispatch. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency, compliance, product quality, and effective team management within a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse, production, or processing management
Proven experience managing operations within a processing facility
Relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management or related field
Strong leadership and staff supervision experience
Solid understanding of inventory control and operational reporting
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality standards
Good analytical and numerical ability
Proficient in MS Office and general computer systems
