We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established private practice consultancy based in the Turks & Caicos Islands. This role is ideal for an ambitious QS professional seeking a lifestyle change while continuing to build strong international experience.

The position is best suited to someone with private practice experience, who is MRICS or currently working towards RICS professional registration. The client is particularly interested in candidates in their late 20s to early 30s, who are motivated, adaptable, and open to relocation.

Key Requirements:

§  Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

§  Experience within a private practice / consulting environment

§  MRICS or actively working towards chartership

§  Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

§  Excellent communication and client-facing skills

§  7+ Years’ Experience

§  Ability to work independently in a small professional team
