💼Practice Manager
Our client is looking for a professional and well-organized Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy medical practice and serve as the first point of contact for patients and staff. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes, effective diary coordination, and high standards of patient service within the practice.

Our client’s company operates within the healthcare sector, providing professional medical services to the community. The practice is patient-focused and committed to maintaining efficient systems, accurate administration, and a welcoming environment for all patients.

📍Location: Fourways, Riverside View
💰Salary: R15 000
🕰️Working Hours: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:30, Sat 08:00 – 14:00

Key Responsibilities:
· Practice Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the medical practice.
· Diary & Appointments: Set up appointments and manage the practice diary effectively.
· Front Desk Management: Manage the reception area and ensure professional patient interaction.
· Medical Aid Administration: Liaise with medical aids, validate patients, submit and follow up on claims.
· Payments & Debtors: Handle cash payments, manage debtors, and perform soft collections and payment follow-ups.
· General Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, forms, and medical documentation.
· Medical Records: Create patient files, sort and retrieve records from the filing room and electronic systems.
· Stock Control: Manage stock control and ordering of medication and supplies.
· Blood Specimen Handling: Handle and label blood specimens correctly and complete required request forms.
· Office Support: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Job Requirements:
· At least 2 years experience working as secretary in a medical practice or medical setup
· Proficient in English and at least two additional languages (e.g., Zulu, Tswana, Pedi, Tsonga, Venda).
· Strong schedule coordination and diary management skills.
· Excellent time management and ability to prioritize daily responsibilities.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
· Praktykbestuur: Bestuur en monitor die daaglikse bedrywighede van die mediese praktyk.
· Dagboek & Afspraakreëlings: Stel afsprake op en bestuur die praktyk se dagboek effektief.
· Ontvangsbestuur: Bestuur die ontvangsarea en verseker professionele pasiëntinteraksie.
· Mediese Fonds Administrasie: Skakel met mediese fondse, valideer pasiënte, dien eise in en volg betalings op.
· Betalings & Debiteure: Hanteer kontantbetalings, bestuur debiteure en doen sagte invorderings en opvolg van betalings.
· Algemene Administrasie: Hanteer daaglikse administratiewe take, vorms en mediese dokumentasie.
· Mediese Rekords: Skep pasiëntlêers, sorteer en herwin rekords vanuit die lêerkamer en elektroniese stelsels.
· Voorraadbeheer: Bestuur voorraad en bestel medikasie en benodigdhede.
· Hantering van Bloedmonsters: Hanteer en etiketteer bloedmonsters korrek en voltooi nodige versoekvorms.
· Kantoorondersteuning: Help met die instandhouding van 'n netjiese en georganiseerde kantooromgewing.

Pos Vereistes:
· Minstens 2 jaar ondervinding as sekretaresse in ’n mediese praktyk of mediese omgewing.
· Vlot in Engels en ten minste twee addisionele tale (bv. Zoeloe, Tswana, Pedi, Tsonga, Venda).
· Sterk skedulerings- en dagboekbestuur vaardighede.
· Uitstekende tydsbestuur en vermoë om daaglikse take te prioritiseer.

Karaktereienskappe:
· Detail-georiënteerd.
· Netjies en professioneel voorkomend.
