What you'll do

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients and users

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

• Install and maintain systems, applications, and network equipment

• Set up new workstations, printers, and other peripherals

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and data backups

• Apply IT security best practices and perform preventative maintenance

• Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with senior technicians

• Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication
