How you'll role

As a Senior Creative Lead, you'll spearhead the creative direction and execution for various client projects, ensuring a cohesive visual and content strategy that aligns with their brand and business objectives. You'll operate at the intersection of design, video production, and community management, leading efforts to craft compelling narratives and engaging brand experiences across digital platforms.

What you'll do

High-Velocity Graphic Design

• Build visual systems, high-end static carousels, ad creatives, and brand assets from scratch

• Expertly use Canva to create unique, high-fidelity, non-replicable assets

• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all channels through senior-level quality assurance

End-to-End Video Production

• Produce optimized vertical videos for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts

• Direct and film talent with proper lighting as a cinematographer

• Edit raw footage in CapCut, adding motion graphics and transitions

• Rapidly translate cultural trends into high-production-value content

Community Build & Management

• Identify super-fans, spark viral comment threads, and manage brand “vibe” in DMs

• Build and manage influencer databases; act as Creative Director for UGC quality

• Navigate interactions with high emotional intelligence—funny, professional, or crisis-managed as needed

Senior Account Leadership

• Serve as primary contact and creative lead for up to 5 clients, driving content strategy and business goals

• Collaborate with external production teams to ensure brand-aligned output

• Develop content calendars and strategies aligned with business goals, including SEO optimization

• Analyze engagement data to improve content performance and effectiveness
