We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Residential Sales Representative to expand our presence within the residential building sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and quantity surveyors (QS)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations
• Track sales activities and report to management
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
Required Skills
- Sales Experience: 3 to 4 years
- Time Management & Organisational Skills: 3 to 4 years
- Strong Negotiation & Closing Ability: 3 to 4 years
- Relationship-Building & Client Management: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
