Position Overview

We are seeking a self-driven, target-oriented Sales Representative to join the team in a remote, commission-based telesales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing advertiser databases, and meeting agreed monthly sales targets.

This position is best suited to a disciplined and motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and develop a database of potential advertisers
• Conduct telesales and cold-calling activities
• Schedule and attend appointments with decision-makers
• Meet agreed monthly sales targets (typically 5–8 advertisements per month)
• Submit weekly sales reports, including:
  • Prospect lists
  • Appointment schedules
  • Minimum of 15 targeted appointments per week
• Maintain accurate administrative records and sales documentation
