How you'll role
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in decoding and translating data into actionable business insights. You will be responsible for overseeing platform analytics across all major digital channels, analyzing both paid and organic media performance, and turning complex datasets into tangible marketing strategies that drive growth. Your insights will directly influence the strategic direction of marketing, creative, and e-commerce efforts, as well as optimize our marketing investments.
What you'll do
- Own platform performance analytics across all key channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Email, Web).
- Measure and report on paid and organic media performance including metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for team visibility on performance metrics.
- Develop performance benchmarks to guide media and content strategy.
- Transform marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support testing & experimentation and evaluate impacts on performance.
- Ensure data quality and tracking accuracy in collaboration with partners.
- Provide regular performance reviews and insights to stakeholders.

- Digital Marketing: 2 to 3 years
- Data Analytics Skills: 2 to 3 years
- Organic Media Performance: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
What you'll need
- Experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Performance Analyst, ideally 2–4+ years.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Knowledge of marketing and data analytics including funnels and campaign performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics/GA4, BI tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with knowledge in SQL or Python/R as a plus.
- Ability to create benchmarks and performance frameworks for media.
- Strong communication skills to clearly interpret and present data.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive mindset towards data-driven opportunities.
