We’re looking for a dynamic Horticulturist to join our team and take charge of multiple landscape maintenance sites in the Bedfordwiew / Edenvale Area. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine horticultural expertise with strong operational management skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Site Management & Supervision
• Drive to allocated sites to manage staff and operations.
• Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality landscaping and site cleanliness.
• Proactively supervise multiple landscape sites simultaneously.
• Staff Leadership & HR Functions
• Manage a team of 40+ gardeners and cleaners.
• Source, interview, and appoint suitable site staff.
• Oversee staff time sheets, attendance, and minor HR duties.
• Handle staff management and procurement responsibilities.
• Quality Control & Reporting
• Ensure consistent quality standards across all projects.
• Report daily goals and targets to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain accurate records through data capturing and administration tasks.
• Client Relations
• Meet with clients during and after business hours, as required.
• Provide professional updates and address client concerns promptly.
