Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to provide professional installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of electronic chemical dosing equipment within commercial laundry, kitchen, food processing, and housekeeping environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and maintain chemical dosing systems, laundry equipment, and industrial dish machines
Programme laundry machines and electronic dosing units
Conduct daily client visits and complete weekly service and sales reports
Provide on-site client training and ensure all related administration is finalised
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor sales and gross profit activities
Assist with stock control, merchandising, and debtor follow-ups where required
Provide after-hours emergency technical support when necessary
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld on client sites

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Electrician or Electrical Diploma (recognised institution)
Minimum 5 yearsâ electrical experience
Proven experience installing and maintaining laundry dosing equipment and industrial dish machines
Valid driverâs licence and reliable transport
Intermediate MS Office proficiency
