About the Role: We are seeking a high-energy, articulate, and empathetic Fitness Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for individuals looking to change their lives through fitness. This is a 100% remote role, but it requires "white-glove" service and an impeccable professional phone manner.
Core Responsibilities:

Handle Incoming Calls: Act as the professional "face" of our brand for all inbound inquiries.

Qualify Leads: Speak with potential clients about their current fitness levels, health goals, and challenges to ensure they are a fit for our programs.

Data Accuracy: Meticulously record lead information and consultation notes into our CRM system.

Scheduling: Coordinate and book follow-up consultations between qualified leads and our coaching team.

Engagement: Build immediate rapport with callers, providing a warm and encouraging environment.
Required Skills
- Customer Service: 3 to 4 years
- Crm Management: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements
What We are Looking For:

Impeccable English: You must have native-level fluency with a clear, professional, and neutral accent suitable for international clients.

Phone Confidence: Experience in a high-volume phone environment (BPO, sales, or premium customer service).

Passion for Wellness: A genuine interest in fitness and health is highly preferred; you must be able to speak enthusiastically about body transformation goals.

Technical Reliability: Must have a dedicated, quiet home office setup with a high-speed fiber connection and a reliable power backup (Inverter/UPS) to remain online during loadshedding.

Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to handle objections with grace.
