Job Purpose
Are you a tech-savvy professional who knows how to bridge the gap between business goals and digital execution? Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead the smooth operation of our digital portfolio. You will be responsible for the sustainability, profitability, and growth of various projects, from site launches and web applications to high-impact advertising campaigns, ensuring they align perfectly with our brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle and drive customer-centric digital solutions:
- Strategy & Consultation: Partner with stakeholders to consult on digital project strategies and campaign initiation.
- Project Implementation: Lead primary implementation from kickoff to closure, including drafting project charters, plans, and managing final sign-offs.
- Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the execution of digital marketing projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
- Customer Centricity: Develop and implement standards for excellence in customer satisfaction within your area of responsibility.
- Team Leadership: Manage human resources by coaching, mentoring, and driving performance management within the team.
- Risk & Resource Management: Identify project risks, propose solutions, and maintain meticulous project documentation and decision logs.
What You’ll Need (Requirements)
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of business operations experience.
- Education: A relevant or related qualification in Digital Project Management.
- Technical Certifications:
- Active Google Partners certification.
- Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Google Advanced Analytics (Web & eCommerce), AdWords, and Display.
- Tools: Proficiency in Advanced MS Projects and Visio.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Google, Twitter), retail digital contexts, and relevant legislation (CPA, POPI, etc.).

- Leadership: Ability to lead, supervise, and initiate action effectively.
- Communication: Excellent internal and external networking and presentation skills.
