💼Sales Support Supervisor

Our client is looking for a detail-driven and operationally strong Sales Support Supervisor to lead their sales support function within a fast-paced stone manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring that all quotations, orders, and invoices for marble, granite, and quartz products are accurately prepared, correctly costed, and aligned with company pricing and margin requirements. The successful candidate must be confident, organized, and able to manage both people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and oversee the Sales Support team responsible for stone quotations and orders.
· Review and approve quotations for marble, granite, quartz, tombstones, cutting, polishing, and fabrication services.
· Ensure measurements, materials, finishes, thicknesses, and lead times are accurately reflected on quotations.
· Capture and verify WhatsApp, telephonic, email, and walk-in orders timeously and accurately.
· Assist with complex or high-value quotations and custom orders.
· Oversee invoicing processes in Sage One Accounting, ensuring pricing, VAT, and quantities are correct.
· Ensure cash payments and proof of payment are verified before order release.
· Enforce company financial controls related to cash handling and dispatch release.
· Liaise with Factory and Dispatch to coordinate production, collections, and deliveries.
· Monitor order progress and resolve delays between departments.
· Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
· Assist management with operational and performance reporting.

Job Requirements:
· Matric.
· Relevant experience in sales support or supervision within a manufacturing environment.
· Non-negotiable: Previous experience in the granite, marble, and quartz industry.
· Proficiency in English and at least one African language.
· Experience working with Sage One Accounting or similar systems.
· Strong understanding of pricing structures, margins, and invoicing controls.
· Ability to supervise and guide a team effectively.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
· Toesig oor en bestuur van die Verkope Ondersteuningspan wat verantwoordelik is vir klipkwotasies en bestellings.
· Hersiening en goedkeuring van kwotasies vir marmer, graniet, kwarts, grafstene, sny-, poleer- en vervaardigingsdienste.
· Verseker dat metings, materiaal, afwerkings, diktes en leitye korrek op kwotasies aangedui word.
· Akkurate en tydige vaslegging van WhatsApp-, telefoniese, e-pos- en instapbestellings.
· Bied ondersteuning met komplekse of hoëwaarde kwotasies en spesiale bestellings.
· Toesig oor fakturering in Sage One en verseker dat pryse, BTW en hoeveelhede korrek is.
· Bevestiging van kontantbetalings en bewys van betaling voor vrystelling van bestellings.
· Handhawing van maatskappy se finansiële kontroles rakende kontanthantering en vrystelling van materiaal.
· Skakeling met Fabriek en Aflewering om produksie, afhaal en aflewerings te koördineer.
· Monitering van bestellingvordering en oplossing van vertragings tussen departemente.
· Handhawing van akkurate rekords van kwotasies, bestellings, fakture en kliëntinteraksies.
· Ondersteuning van bestuur met operasionele en prestasieverslae.

Pos Vereistes:
· Matriek.
· Relevante ondervinding in verkope-ondersteuning of toesighouding binne ’n vervaardigingsomgewing.
· Vorige ondervinding in die graniet-, marmer- en kwartsbedryf.
· Vaardigheid in Engels en ten minste een Afrikataal.
· Ondervinding met Sage One of soortgelyke stelsels.
· Goeie begrip van prysstrukture, winsmarges en faktureringbeheer.
· Vermoë om ’n span effektief te bestuur en te lei.
