We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the Audiosure Marketing Department, primarily focusing on social media management and copywriting.

The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, writing compelling copy, and
maintaining consistent brand messaging across digital channels. The ideal candidate is creative, up to date
with social media trends, and has strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.

Social Media Management

• Develop and schedule content calendars across all platforms
• Create engaging posts (captions, hashtags, reels scripts, stories, etc.)
• Manage daily posting and community engagement (comments, DMs)
• Monitor trends and suggest relevant content ideas
• Track analytics and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
• Assist in running paid social campaigns (if/when applicable)

Copywriting

• Write compelling copy for:

-Social media captions
-Website content
-Blogs
-Email campaigns and newsletters
-Marketing campaigns and advertisements

• Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency
• Proofread and edit marketing materials
• Collaborate with designers to align copy with visuals

Skills & Competencies

• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Knowledge of content trends and algorithm basics
• Ability to write in different tones (professional, fun, promotional, conversational)
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Creative mindset with strategic thinking
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in social media management or copywriting (preferred)
• Portfolio of previous social media work or writing samples
• Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Brevo, etc.)
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous)
