A leading consultancy is looking for a Mechanical Engineer specialising in HVAC design to join their team in Cape Town. If you are detail oriented with experience in various buildings projects, then this is the role for you.

Role requirements:

· BEng/ BTech in Mechanical Engineering

· 3-5 years’ industry experience in building services

· Project experience: large-scale commercial, high-rise apartments, retail

· Exposure to Revit

Key responsibilities:

· Design HVAC, Wet services and fire protection systems.

· Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

· Perform modelling and conduct load calculations.
