Our client is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Contracts Manager to take full commercial ownership of major construction projects in Johannesburg and surrounding areas. This role is for a seasoned professional—someone who understands construction inside and out, thrives under pressure, and knows how to protect margins while delivering excellence. Requirements:

· 10+ years relevant experience in within the construction industry

· Education: BSc/ BTech in Construction Management or a related field

· Extensive experience on large scale construction projects

· Registration with SACQSP is advantageous

· Knowledge of JBCC

· Proficient in CCS

Responsibilities:

· Full lifecycle management of construction contracts, from tender award to final account

· Drafting, reviewing, and administering all contractual documentation

· Managing subcontractor agreements, variations, claims, and dispute resolution

· Leading commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

· Ensuring strict compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
