Employer: Tumaini Consulting

Our client is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, test, and deliver high-quality code and products in a collaborative, agile environment. This role requires technical excellence, leadership skills, and the ability to guide a development team to meet project deliverables on time and in line with architectural standards.

Requirements:

· B.Sc. in Computer Studies or B.Eng. in Computer/Electronics (preferred); Microsoft certifications advantageous

· ~7 years of software development experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL

· Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, AngularJS, Web API, WCF Web Services, WCF Windows Services

· Strong knowledge of system analysis, design, architecture, standards, governance, and testing practices

· Proven experience leading and mentoring a development team

· Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments

· Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills

· Leadership, initiative, adaptability, resilience, quality focus, client orientation, attention to detail, creativity, collaboration, and achievement orientation
