Our client is looking for a Handyman who is based in or around the Longmeadow.
Must be able to perform the following functions:
Plumbing
Electrical
Welding
Tiling
Painting
General Maintenance
Required Skills
- Maintenance: 2 to 3 years
- Handy Man: 2 to 3 years
- Handyman Services: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Must have a Matric
Knowledge of maintenance funtions or training in maintenance and repair procedures
Must be criminally clear
Must be computer literate
Must be able to engage with suppliers
Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience
Must have the ability to use power tools
Attention to detail
Able to work well independently
Solid hand/eye co-ordination
Well spoken
