We are seeking a reliable and motivated Network Installer/IT Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Onsite installations
Network and CCTV cabling
Infrastructure setup
IT support for our clients.
Physical installation work, including running network cables through ceilings, walls, and roof spaces
Using installation tools such as drills, crimping tools, testers, and related equipment
Lifting and carrying equipment (routers, switches, cabling, ladders, etc.)

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience with network installations and infrastructure setup
Experience with network cabling, including installation, termination, and troubleshooting
Experience installing and configuring networking equipment such as routers, switches, NVR's and wireless access points
Experience with Wi-Fi network setup and troubleshooting
Ability to perform onsite installations and work with network infrastructure
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
Computer proficient and comfortable working in a Windows environment
Well presented and customer-focused, as the role involves regular client interaction
Of sober habits
Valid driver’s license
Preferably residing in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town

Advantageous Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in MSP and/or Desktop Support environments
Experience with hardware and software diagnostics and troubleshooting on Windows-based machines
Experience installing, configuring, and supporting desktop computers and peripherals
Experience with VOIP system installation and support
Experience with CCTV system installation and configuration
