Job Purpose The incumbent leads multi-disciplinary technical zos Mainframe, ZVM, Containerisation teams, cross functional service partners, and hardware/software vendors to meet agreed service levels (availability, resiliency, performance, capacity, security, and recoverability), governs platform standards and lifecycle management, and enables continuous improvement through disciplined change, incident/problem management, and proactive risk management. The role also serves as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business demand into platform roadmaps, optimizing run-costs, and ensuring the mainframe ecosystem remains fit-for-purpose and future-ready. Job Responsibilities

* Ensure effective  targeted cost recovery through monitoring and ensuring all times are captured by staff on a weekly basis
