We are on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join a well-established, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role offers strong exposure to quality systems, audits, and process optimization within a dynamic production setting.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric with strong marks in Mathematics and English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Own reliable transport

Key Experience & Competencies

• ISO 9001 knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems
• Experience with internal audits and compliance checks
• Ability to draft professional audit summaries and formal correspondence
• Strong root cause analysis (RCA) capability
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting – non-negotiable)
• Exposure to CRM/ERP systems and regulatory compliance processes
