Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in implementing and maintaining strong systems to ensure consistency in routines, preparations, and on-the-job training.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and manage a team effectively.
- Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ideally based in the Deep South or Southern Suburbs, or willing to relocate.
