The Junior Technician will be responsible for performing required installation and maintenance activities on Reef operational sites effectively, efficiently, and safely. Key areas of responsibility for this role which include, but are not limited to:

1. Assisting with and performing planned & unplanned maintenance activities as directed;

2. Assisting Technician with the performance of identified project activities as directed;

3. Assisting the Technician and Senior Technician with the required safety and departmental systems.

4. Comply with required Safety systems and protocols.

Required Skills

Communication
Mechanical Maintenance: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

1. A Matric certificate with Maths and Science;

2. A completed NTC 2 - 4 qualification or equivalent;

3. A completed Apprenticeship - Mechanical;

4. Must have 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience;

5. Must have good verbal and written communication skills;

6. Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office Suite;

7. Must be willing to work overtime as and when required;

8. Must be willing to be on standby on weekends and public holidays as and when required.
