How you'll role
The Customer Success & Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the success and retention of SMME clients. This hands-on role involves guiding clients through onboarding processes, addressing their needs, and maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of technological platforms. You'll also be responsible for enhancing the company's digital presence and supporting marketing campaigns to attract new clients. This role demands a high level of energy, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to driving financial inclusion and growth in the township economy.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new SMME clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries via WhatsApp, phone, and email
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure they derive value from our finance products
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product improvement
- Conduct beta testing for new app features and website updates
- Document and report technical issues, coordinating with the development team for resolutions
- Perform routine checks on client data within our CRM to ensure data accuracy
- Post updates, success stories, and educational content on social media platforms
- Engage with followers and manage the brand’s reputation online
- Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns to attract new SMMEs
Required Skills
- Account Management: 1 to 2 years
- Social Media Marketing: 1 to 2 years
- Customer Success: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
What you'll need
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations, preferably in fintech or financial services
- 2+ years in Social Media Marketing and Brand Development
- Strong proficiency in using CRMs and social media management tools
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Understanding of the township economy and effective communication with SMME owners
- Organized, detail-oriented, and action-oriented demeanor
