Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications are a plus
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a related role
- Proven track record of managing and improving operational processes
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in process improvement tools and techniques
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like MS Project, Asana, or Trello
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
