Major Blue Air is seeking a highly professional and safety-driven King Air B200 Pilot to support our expanding operations across VIP charter, premium safari flights, and air ambulance missions throughout Botswana and the Southern African region.

This role requires a versatile pilot who is equally comfortable delivering first-class passenger service, operating into remote bush airstrips, and conducting time-critical medical evacuations.

About the Role

You will operate the King Air B200 on a dynamic mix of missions including executive charters, high-end safari transfers, and urgent aeromedical flights. Operations may occur at short notice and include day/night IFR, remote strips, and cross-border flying.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the King Air B200 in accordance with company SOPs and regulations
• Conduct VIP, safari, and Air Ambulance flights to the highest professional standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service to VIP and safari clients
• Coordinate effectively with medical crews during air ambulance missions
• Perform accurate flight planning, fuel management, and weight & balance
• Operate into remote and bush airstrips where required
• Maintain complete and accurate operational documentation
• Uphold Major Blue Air’s strong safety culture at all times

Requirements

• Valid CPL with Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
• Minimum 200 hours PIC on King Air B200
• Current Class 1 Medical
• Multi-engine turbine experience
• IFR and night flying capability
• Excellent decision-making and situational awareness

Desirable

• Previous VIP charter experience
• African bush flying / safari operations experience
• Air ambulance / MEDEVAC experience
• Gravel and short-field operations experience
• ProLine avionics familiarity
• Cross-border operations experience
