An established and reputable organisation is seeking to appoint a meticulous and experienced Creditors Clerk to join their Finance Department. The successful incumbent will take responsibility for the full accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.A relevant tertiary qualification coupled with 2 - 5 years Creditors experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Process and capture supplier invoices accurately and timeously
Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and review payment schedules in line with agreed payment terms
Maintain accurate and up-to-date creditor records
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
Liaise professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Support audit requirements by providing relevant documentation

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance / Accounting (preferred)
Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a Creditors or Accounts Payable role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
