Description of key performance areas
Work closely with the ERP Manager to deliver solutions that support business growth.
Customize and configure Sage X3 to meet specific client specifications.
Maintain system documentation and develop user manuals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
Provide comprehensive user training to ensure system self-sufficiency.
Create and modify reports using Crystal reports or other reporting tools integrated with Sage X3.
Mentor and upskill a junior consultant within the team.

Candidate Requirements
Skills and ExperienceIn depth knowledge of Sage X3 modules particularly financial, manufacturing or distribution.
In depth knowledge of Sage X3 architecture & database structure.
Strong Crystal reports development skills.
Formal Sage X3 accreditation.
