Job Title: Admin Data Capture
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Data Capture. The primary responsibility of this role will be to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain data confidentiality and security
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent typing and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data entry software
- Knowledge of data privacy principles and regulations
- Previous experience in an administrative role
