Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Lead the formulation and improvement of food products, ensuring they meet specific nutritional and sensory profiles.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain strict food safety standards and quality control protocols throughout the production lifecycle.

• Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product output.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products and labeling comply with local and international food safety regulations and standards.

• Laboratory Testing: Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials and finished goods to guarantee excellence.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or Chemistry is essential.

• Experience: Proven experience within a food manufacturing or processing environment (experience with fruit processing or cooperatives is highly advantageous).

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and HACCP/ISO quality systems.
