We are seeking an experienced and professional Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy coffee shop operating from 7:00am to 4:00pm in Rynfield.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day coffee shop operations
• Lead, manage, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure high standards of food quality, beverage preparation, and presentation
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer queries and ensure a welcoming environment
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
Candidate Requirements

• Proven managerial experience (coffee shop or restaurant experience preferred)
