Working Hours

 Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
 Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

 One Saturday per month (09:00 – 13:00)
Every second non-Christian public holiday

Your Role Will Include:

• Capturing and maintaining accurate claims data
  • Verifying and processing claim documentation
  • Liaising with clients, credit providers, and insurers
  • Monitoring claim progress and resolving discrepancies
  • Handling client queries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting internal claims operations

You will be the key link between clients and internal systems — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth claim progression.

Requirements

• Matric certificaat
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience in claims administration, financial services, customer service, or data management advantageous
  • Professional telephone and email communication
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Reliable transport
  • Able to work independently and within a team

 Verantwoordelikhede:

• Akkurate vaslegging en instandhouding van eisdata
  • Verifiëring en verwerking van eisdokumentasie
  • Skakeling met kliënte, kredietverskaffers en versekeraars
  • Monitering van eisvordering en oplossing van data-afwykings
  • Professionele hantering van kliëntnavrae
  • Administratiewe ondersteuning aan die eise-span

Jy sal ’n sleutelrol speel om seker te maak dat eise akkuraat, betyds en volgens regulasies verwerk word.

Vereistes

• Matriek sertifikaat
