Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong Mac proficiency and hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite. This role focuses on creating realistic retail mock-ups, digital animations, campaign visuals, and compelling client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for retail media campaigns
• Create realistic 2D and 3D mock-ups for in-store, digital, and POS environments
• Develop engaging digital animations and motion graphics
• Design client presentations (PowerPoint and/or Canva)
• Prepare artwork for print and digital platforms
• Assist in conceptual development for campaigns
• Adapt and resize artwork for multiple retail formats
• Collaborate with the creative and account teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Requirements

• Proficient on Mac OS
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Dimension (for realistic mock-ups)
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Understanding of digital animation and motion design
• Ability to prepare print-ready files
• Strong layout and typography skills

Advantageous Skills

• Canva proficiency
• PowerPoint design and presentation layout skills
• Basic After Effects knowledge
• Understanding of retail environments and POS displays

Education

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field
• Recent graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
