About the Role: 

We are looking for a talent who will be responsible for managing and optimizing third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, GreenToe, etc.), overseeing operations, and leading the offshore support team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage Amazon, Walmart, GreenToe, and other marketplaces
• Lead and coordinate existing team (agents in the Philippines)
• Oversee: Order processing, Customer service workflows, Repricing strategies
• Develop and implement marketplace growth strategies
• Improve marketplace performance and operational efficiency
