Our client, situated in Paarl, is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional individual to join their team. The ideal candidate has strong organisational, leadership, and time-management skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Supervision and management of 8–10 housekeeping staff *Daily allocation of duties and monitoring performance *Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene *General housekeeping and basic cleaning *Laundry management (washing, ironing, sorting and quality control) *Stock control of cleaning materials and supplies *Training and guiding housekeeping staff *Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time *All other tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years’ housekeeping experience;
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leader role;
• Ability to work independently and take initiative;
• High attention to detail;
• Must have own reliable transport.
