• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Create and edit professional short form and long form video content
• Drive LinkedIn growth strategies including thought leadership positioning
• Build structured content calendars aligned to UK market trends
• Monitor analytics and provide data driven performance reports
• Improve engagement, reach and brand authority
• Support paid campaigns where required

Executive & Administrative Support

• Provide executive level PA and operational support
• Manage calendars, communications and scheduling
• Draft professional emails and documents
• Maintain CRM systems and reporting dashboards
• Coordinate cross functional projects
• Support marketing and operational reporting

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience working with UK or European brands
• Demonstrable social media growth results backed by data
• Strong LinkedIn strategy and content experience
• Advanced video editing capability
• Strong administrative or PA background
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to operate to UK professional standards
