Employer: Tumaini Consulting

Our client is a leading, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy known for delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically excellent solutions across Africa and beyond. Now, they are seeking a highly experienced, professionally registered Electrical Engineer to play a key leadership role in delivering complex projects and mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Requirements:

· 10+ years’ post-qualification experience in electrical engineering consultancy

· Education: BEng Degree in Electrical Engineering

· Strong experience in building services and/or infrastructure projects

· Professional registration with ECSA or eligible to register within one year of appointment

· Proficient in AutoCAD/ Revit and MS Projects

Responsibilities:

· Business development and support

· Internal project management, health and safety, administration and quality management procedures

· Project delivery and management

· Training and mentoring

· Leadership and relations
