They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying and be registered with the SACQSP as a Candidate or Professional Quantity Surveyor, with a passion for delivering excellence in a consulting-led environment.

Requirements:

· 5–8 years’ relevant experience a quantity surveying firm.

· Registered with the SACQSP as a Candidate or Professional Quantity Surveyor

· Education: BSc or BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying

· Proficient in WinQS and DimX, with strong cost reporting and measurement capability

· Experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use and/or infrastructure projects

· Sound working knowledge of standard forms of contract, including JBCC, NEC, FIDIC and GCC
