Employer: Goldman Tech Resourcing

An established Contractor is looking for an experienced and dedicated QS to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Quantity Surveying for large scale buildings projects ranging from commercial and industrial to residential projects.

Role requirements:

· BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying

· 15+ years’ industry experience with various large scale buildings projects

· Proficient in CCS

Key responsibilities:

· Be responsible for general project cost control

· Prepare cost reports and monthly claims

· Manage Junior Quantity Surveyors.

· Compile sub- contractor payments.

· Prepare projects estimates and BOQ’s
