DUTIES:

• Achieve set monthly turnover and margin budgets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular telephonic contact
• Source new customers
• Accurate order processing.
• Liaise and assist with technical info/alternatives if no stock available and expected delivery of orders.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Assist with and resolve customer complaints.
• Regular back-order management.
• Active use of and update of CRM platform.
