Our client, a niche freight management leader based in Boksburg, is seeking an experienced Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation Clerk to support and strengthen their operations

Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) – essential; accounting/finance qualification advantageous
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in debtors and creditors reconciliations, with proven accuracy under pressure
Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays, Power Query, and VBA for data matching and analysis
Experience with accounting/ERP or freight management systems (e.g., Sage, Pastel, SAP, Freight Focus)
Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage large volumes of data, meet deadlines, and deliver actionable financial insights
