Job Title:Mid-Level Power Automate EngineerOverview:We are seeking a mid-level engineer with strong Power Automate expertise and hands-on experience integrating workflows across SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Fabric. This role focuses on building scalable automations, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless data connectivity across enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows for complex business processes and system integrations.Develop workflows that interact with SharePoint Online lists, libraries, permissions, and document management structures.Create integrations and automated processes involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) entities, triggers, and actions.Work with Microsoft Fabric data models, including Lakehouses, Warehouses, and semantic models, to enable automated data movement and operational processes.Connect and orchestrate data from multiple systems using connectors, APIs, and custom logic.Troubleshoot, optimize, and document existing flows to improve reliability and performance.Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are followed across all Power Platform assets.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience developing with Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, solution-based development).

• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online list architecture, permissions, and REST API usage.
• Experience integrating workflows with Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 (model-driven apps, Dataverse, entity operations).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, including working with data models, OneLake storage, and Fabric-native connectors.
• Understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, and solution layering.
• Ability to use connectors, JSON schemas, expressions, and advanced flow logic.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including flow run analysis and error handling patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power Apps (canvas or model-driven) or broader Power Platform development.
• Understanding of API integrations, OAuth connectors, and custom connector creation.
• Knowledge of Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, or Data Factory.
• Background in data governance, security roles, and environment strategies.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL 200, PL 400, or Fabric certifications).
