Brief Description of Key Performance Areas

Compile and drive all strategies on Operations. 
Spearhead initiatives to improve inbound and outbound operations, including reduction in error-rates , flow analysis, policy & procedure reviews 
Compile and implement operational policies and procedures 
Define, drive, analyse and report on monthly Warehouse KPIs and output 
Develop and train all team members to best practice standards  Deploy technology, digitisation and automation across inbound and outbound operations to improve customer service and contribute towards stock accuracy 
Define, implement and execute Standard Operating Procedures within Operations 
Drive collaboration with other warehouse teams, procurement, product & engineering 
Responsible for overall Quality and Health and Safety in the Warehouse  Shared responsibility for security of site to ensure products are kept safely and securely 
Manage the Warehouse equipment cost-effectively 
Ensure all teams actively contribute towards the standard of housekeeping
