PROCESS ENGINEERWestern Cape, GoudaMarket-related CTC, depending on experienceOur client is seeking a results-driven Process Engineer to optimise production processes, improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across operations. This role works closely with operations and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) certificate
Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong electrical engineering knowledge applied to production and process systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and technical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse existing production and electrical process systems to identify improvement opportunities
Design, develop and implement electrically focused process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and process-related production challenges
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality and other cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Monitor, analyse and report on process performance, electrical system efficiency and improvement outcomes
Support compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations and operational requirements
